User Consultation
Your views matter to us. In order to plan for a constantly improving service for our customers we need to know what you think of our services, whether onsite or online.
We use a number of different methods to find out what you think, including :
• taking part in regular national surveys of the customers who come through our doors
• occasional highly-focussed surveys concerning specific aspects of our service, such as our research services
• consultation group meetings
• the compliments, complaints and comments that you give on our customer comment forms
We use your views to help plan improvements to services that can be achieved within the resources available to us.
