The benefits of Open Door Staffordshire for community and voluntary sector organisations that work to find disadvantaged workgroups employment are great.
By joining the Open Door Staffordshire network, CVS organisations can access organisations that have committed to the principles of being socially responsible in their recruitment practices. This way CVS organisations can directly contact those organisations who would be willing to accommodate their client groups for an Open Door placement.
