1. I've been told that I have to supply to Staffordshire County Council via Comensura, do I get any training?
Please email your details over to Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk| and training will be arranged.
2. I have no logons for Comensura, How do I get them?
To request a logon please send the following details, Name, Job Title, agency name & division, email address and telephone number to Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk|
3. I am unable to access Comensura.net
Please check the logon first to see what their status is, if it is inactive, ask them to email Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk| with their query.
4. I've submitted a candidate to a new order and don't agree with the charge rates.
These are the rates that your agency agreed to on your Panel Vendor Agreement, if the details on the screen are incorrect please can you email Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk| with your query. Managers will not negotiate individual rates for agency workers.
