Implementation Stage
1. When will I have to start using Comensura to supply Staffordshire County Council?
Go Live is 16th June 2008. From then onwards your agency should not be approached to supply direct to the county council.
2. I currently use Comensura through another client, where is my logon for Staffordshire County Council?
You carry on using the same logon that you use for other clients.
3. I've been told that from 16th June I have to supply to Staffordshire County Council via Comensura, do I get any training?
Please email your details over to Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk and training will be arranged.
4. I have no logons for Comensura, How do I get them?
To request a logon please send the following details, Name, Job Title, agency name & division, email address and telephone number to Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk
5. I'm looking at Comensura.net and have noticed that none of my workers currently engage with Staffordshire County Council are loaded on the system.
All existing temps are currently being loaded, this process will be completed by Close of Business on 30th May 2008.
6. I was told that my workers currently engage at Staffordshire County Council would be loaded on to Comensura by 30th May 2008 however they are still not showing.
Please put all details of the missing workers i.e. Name, Job title, building where they are working, dates worked and name of ordering manager, in an email and send this to Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk.
7. I am unable to access Comensura.net
Please check the logon first to see what their status is, if it is inactive, ask them to email Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk with their query.
8. I've submitted a candidate to a new order and don't agree with my charge rates.
These are the rates that your agency agreed to on your Panel Vendor Agreement, if the details on the screen are incorrect please can you email Comensura.admin@comensura.co.uk with your query.
