Healthy Communities
The health and well being of communities is influenced by many factors. This can include whether there are facilities to enable people to have access to green and open space, whether people live in homes which are warm and properly maintained and whether they have sufficient income to make healthy lifestyle choices.
The Health Development Team for Staffordshire County Council play a major role in establishing good practice in health and sharing and influencing others throughout the County.
This series of pages provides information on the work of the Health Development Team and information on what is effective in improving public health with practical advice given on maintaining health.
