Safer healthier eating and affordable food

Healthy Eating in Staffordshire

Staffordshire County Council Health and Consumer Services co-ordinates a Food and Health Policy Group which has developed a food and health work programme.  This includes local research on access to affordable healthy food which has identified 'food poor access' areas in Staffordshire.  Additional research has been conducted on the nutritional content of food and food labelling which is available as advice for consumers.
