Young Carers
If you are under the age of 18 and look after someone who is ill, disabled or misusing substances such as drugs or alcohol, you could be a young carer.
You may be doing many things including housework, shopping and cooking, as well as helping the person you care for take their medication, wash and bath.

You may also like to join a Young Carers Project where you can meet with other young people who are also carers and get involved in activities and trips. Or you can just have a chat to one of the Young Carers Workers.
