Hide My Website Visit

If you are concerned about someone who uses the same computer as you being able to know what sites you have been accessing on the internet, then read the instructions below on how to manually delete your browsing history.

Deleting your entire browser history is not recommended, this can arouse suspicions if the person you are trying to hide your browsing history from discovers that the entire browsing history has been deleted from the PC. It is best, where possible, to selectively delete history of sites.

This information is for guidance only and will not necessarily cover your tracks entirely.

Where possible, access sites and information which is sensitive to you from a location which is neutral, and from which the person you are trying to hide the browsing history from is unlikely to obtain details. Try to use the PC of a close and trusted friend, or use a public internet point, such as a library.
