Those who previously received the high band rate - £149.60 per week

Payment of Home Care and Care Home Fees
Upper savings threshold (above which a person must pay all their costs) - £23,250 (Wales £22,000)
Lower savings threshold (below which savings are disregarded) - £14,250 (Wales 22,000)
Personal expenses allowance for those in care - £22.30 (Wales £22.50)
