Public voice and confidence in Health and Social Care services
NHS and Social Care organisations across Staffordshire believe it is more important than ever for people using services to be able to influence the way they are delivered whilst feeling confident and comfortable about providing feedback or complaining if something goes wrong.
The public consultation asking you to tell us about your thoughts about proposals to use information and feedback from across Staffordshire’s health and care sector in a more holistic, transparent and effective way, is now closed.
Over 2,300 people took part and the majority of people said that they wanted an independent organisation to help manage feedback.
The full results of the consultation, and the next steps, will be published on this page in March 2012.
