Restrictions

Trade waste can be accepted
As of 19th October 2013 small traders can dispose of waste at the Burton centre under the Small Traders Waste Disposal Scheme|.

Entrance barrier restrictions
Vehicles may be stopped to check that household waste is being carried. If you have a specially adapted vehicle and are displaying a disabled badge, the site attendants will lift the barrier.

Restricted waste
Small quantities of household chemicals and paint can be accepted. Large amounts of soil, rubble and D.I.Y. waste cannot be accepted. Please keep your plasterboard separate from all other materials as mixed loads cannot be accepted. Small amounts (3-4 bags) of Loft Insulation can be accepted, however larger amounts need to be paid for through our chargeable trade waste schemes|.

Domestic garden waste is accepted, including waste carried in small trailers. However, traders with garden waste will need to dispose of this through the chargable trade waste scheme|.

Asbestos
Small quantities of asbestos can be accepted.
