Making a complaint
Please let us know if you feel that someone is carrying out mineral or waste activities without the benefit of planning permission, or to raise concerns about the operation of a quarry or waste site. Waste activities can include the disposal of soils and rubble.
If your concerns relate to any other planning issue that do not contain an element of mineral or waste activity, and may require planning regulation or enforcement investigation, contact your Borough/District Council
We recommend that you put your complaint in writing so that we can keep you informed of progress and ask you for more information if we need it. Unless you agree to it we will not reveal your identity while we investigate the complaint.
