Property Consultancy
The Property Consultancy provides a complete multi-disciplinary property service for construction and maintenance of the County Council's portfolio of buildings as well as for external clients.
The Consultancy is responsible for three main areas of the management and development of the County Council's property assets comprising;

'Property Risk Management' through management of supply contracts for energy and water consumption and discharge of statutory and regulatory requirements relating to procurement, accessibility, risk management, servicing and testing.

'Building Design and Maintenance' through planned and responsive maintenance of buildings and multi-disciplinary design services for construction projects.

'Construction Procurement' through the establishment and management of Framework and Partnering Agreements with Constructor partners for the delivery of servicing and testing, maintenance, capital and revenue projects.
The Mission Statement for the Property Consultancy is;
"To provide an efficient, responsive and high quality property service through effective co-ordination, management and provision of consultancy services related to construction projects and property risk management".
The Property Consultancy consists of the following three operational Groups with a total of approximately 130 staff covering the whole range of building management, construction design and maintenance skills together with the appropriate technical support required to run a large multi-disciplinary practice.
