Estates and Development Advice
The Estates and Development Advice Group is responsible for Estate Management of the county property portfolio and the provision of development advice.
- Acquisition and disposal of land and buildings.
- Management of tenanted property excluding industrial units.
- Granting and taking of leases, licences and easements.
- Valuations of County Council property including rating, insurance and asset valuations.
- Planning advice in connection with the Council's operational development and for surplus property.
