Modification Application Register
The register lists all the applications for routes that people believe should become Public Rights of Way. The details include a description of the route, a map, a description of why the applicant thinks it should become a right of way, and details of the properties affected. The register can be searched by postcode or area. It aims to increase knowledge among landowners, users of rights of way, and the general public about changes to the "definitive map", which is the legal document giving details of all Public Rights of Way.
