Newcastle Countryside Project
| The Newcastle Countryside Project, which is based in Apedale Country Park, exists to help people understand and conserve the environment and countryside around Newcastle-under-Lyme. The project aims to encourage people to enjoy the countryside experience by improving rights of way, organising walks and educational events. The project also encourages community involvement in landscape improvement through farm conservation, tree planting, creating wildlife gardens and many other schemes. |
 |
The Newcastle Countryside Project is supported by Staffordshire County Council, Newcastle Borough Council, local businesses and private donations.
