Sustainable Strategy, Strategic Plan and Directorate Improvement Plan
We have a Sustainable Strategy (currently in draft); Local Area Agreement; and a Strategic Plan. To achieve the aims and objectives there are a series of Directorate Improvement Plans. Planning Development Control
We aim to meet National Indicators set by Government, which replaced national Best Value targets in April 2008 and our own local targets.

For planning performance refer to Best Value indicator BV109a up to 2007-8, which has now been replaced by National Indicator NI 157 with effect from 1 April 2008.
