Opening hours:

8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday
8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Fridays

Please note: We operate a flexi time systems so staff may be available outside these times, however staff may also not be available during these times.

The offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays, usually including the days between Christmas and New Year.

Car parking:

Free parking spaces are reserved for visitors at the front of the building, close to Reception.  Please note that visitors are required to display a visitor parking pass in their vehicle which are available from Reception on arrival.

Cycling:

A cycle lane from the town centre and the railway station passes in front of the offices.
