Weeford Quarry Scheme of Conditions

This scheme has been submitted by Cemex UK Materials Limited pursuant to Schedule 14 of the Environment Act.  The purpose of the legislation is to secure improved operating and environmental standards for the land covered by the permission(s) listed in the scheme.

The County Council has three months to determine the Scheme, unless an extension is agreed with the applicant. The Authority may approve the scheme as submitted or may determine conditions differently from the proposed Conditions set out in the application but may not refuse the application.
