A Scheme of Conditions has been submitted by Dr. N. Roberts at Campions Wood Quarry (SS.09/08/611 M).

The County Council have three months to determine the Scheme, unless an extension is agreed with the Applicant. The Authority may approve the Scheme as submitted or may determine Conditions differently from the proposed Conditions set out in the application but may not refuse the application.
