Parent Packs, Leaflets and Factsheets

Helpline: 01785 356921 The Parent Partnership Service has worked with parents, carers, voluntary and statutory organisations to put together a series of parent-friendly information packs and fact sheets about special educational needs.

The Early Years Pack| is for parents of pre-school children while the General SEN Pack| contains leaflets for parents of school-aged children.

The Statutory Assessment Pack| is relevant for parents whose child has been referred for a statutory assessment of their needs and explains what this means.

Each pack contains a number of different leaflets. The leaflets in each pack are available to download by clicking on the title to the left. Alternatively contact us|||| to request a copy (either of the whole pack, or of individual leaflets) to be sent to you.

Transition

A series of booklets on Transition| has been developed by parents and carers of children wth special needs/disabilities who are part of SUN (Staffordshire Umbrella Network) South Staffs.
