Staffordshire Catering Service have invested in Saffron, a menu ....
Staffordshire Catering Service have invested in a new software packaged called Saffron. This provides more accurate costing and nutrient analysis of the menus.
The Food Development Team are now able to analyse and cost menus quicker - producing information on each of the menu types currently available.
