Special Dietary Requirements: Staffordshire Catering Service can cater for special dietary requirements. Please speak to your Catering Supervisor.
Dishes marked 'V' are suitable for vegetarians. Please note that the cheese we use for homemade dishes/sandwiches, etc. is suitable for vegetarians, as are Quorn products.
