This online acceptance form is intended for those who have received their child's offer of a school place. The offer date for Secondary and High School applications is the 01 March 2013. All other offers will be sent on the 22 April 2013. Please do not complete this form until you have received confirmation of your child's place.
The 'transfer group' refers to the year group your child will be starting in September 2013 . For example, if your child is in Year 6 at a Primary school and is transferring into Year 7 at a Secondary school the relevant transfer group is 'Primary to Secondary Admissions', if your child is in Year 8 at a Middle school and is transferring into Year 9 at a High school the relevant group is 'Middle to High Admissions'. If you are unsure of which transfer group to select please consult your offer letter/e-mail.
If the school offered is not your first preference, accepting the place we have allocated will not affect your child's position on a waiting list or the outcome of an appeal.
