Application for Entitlement to Transport Support

To apply for assistance with your transport commencing September 2008, please use the application form available on this page.

This should then be either emailed to student.transport@staffordshire.gov.uk or posted to the Integrated Transport and Planning Unit, Riverway, Stafford, ST16 3TJ. To ensure that your pass is available for the beginning of term, you should apply by 11 July 2008.    

If you wish to apply for assistance with your transport to use between now and the end of July, please contact the Integrated Transport and Planning Unit for an application form.
