First of all you need to fill in the application form.

To make sure that you receive your pass by the beginning of term, you should apply by 11 July 2008.
You will have to pay your own travel costs in full until
you get the pass. Apply by 27 June 2008 and you will be entered into a prize draw to win the cost of an annual travel pass (£290).

Once we have received your application form, if you are entitled to transport assistance we will then send you a form to complete and return with any payment due, and any photographs if required. Your pass will normally be sent straight to your school or college for you to collect. It can take up to 28 days to issue your pass after payment and photographs have been received.

If your application depends on GCSE results, don't wait!

Apply anyway and if you change your mind, you can return your pass and receive a refund for any time unused (a £10 administration fee will be deducted). Please note that no refunds are given if you no longer want to use your pass during the summer 2009 term.
