Students with learning difficulties and disabilities who want to apply for travel under the post 16 transport scheme need to complete a different form|.

Before you apply be sure to have checked out your other options| as they may be cheaper and more convenient for you. Also read the terms and conditions| in full to be sure the scheme does meet your needs.

If you still want to apply please complete the application form below and either email back to student.transport@staffordshire.gov.uk| or post it to the Integrated Transport and Planning Unit, Staffordshire County Council, Riverway, Stafford, ST16 3TJ
