Financial Support

If your child is attending, or about to start school the Educational Awards and Benefits page contains information on the support you can receive.

The Council has its own Student Financial Support department, which administers financial support to people taking post-'A' level study at university and college. The kind of support we can offer includes help with tuition fees, loans for living costs, the Higher Education Grant, supplementary grants, and disabled student allowances.
