Cancellations
Should original delegates be unable to attend, please substitute other persons up to the original number*. If you are unable to do this, cancellations may be charged as follows (this includes SAP courses):
If you cancel within 10 days of the event commencing date or fail to attend the event for whatever reason, you will be charged as follows:

half-day charge £75

full day charge £100

for courses of more than one day you will be charged for the full duration at the above rates. For example, Optimising Team Performance is 3 days and will be charged at £300.

withdrawal part-way through a course will be charged pro rata.
Where a course is under-subscribed, or where other difficulties make running the course impractical, ICT Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
*Due to the nature of SAP role allocations, substitution on an SAP course can only be made when two candidates are swapping dates with each other for the same course.
