Staffordshire Scheme for Financing Schools
Every local authority is required to have a scheme for financing schools. The scheme sets out the financial relationship between the County Council and the maintained schools that it funds. It contains requirements relating to financial management and associated issues, which are binding on both the County Council and all community, nursery, voluntary, foundation, community special or foundation special schools maintained by the County Council.
