Jobcentre Plus has can offer you a tailor-made package of help and support to help you find your dream job.

Specialist advisers are on hand to give you practical help and advice on searching for employment.  Lone parents wanting to return to work can receive information on local childcare facilities and may benefit from financial assistance towards the cost of paying for suitable childcare.  There is also advice on any benefits that you may be entitled to when starting work, such as Tax Credits and many other financial incentives.

Jobcentre Plus has access to a variety of training courses that can make a real difference to your chances of securing employment, by enabling you to demonstrate to prospective employers that you have the skills that they want.  You will have the chance to gain work-related qualifications whilst getting practical hands on experience in a range of occupations.  There is also training available if you are considering starting your own business or becoming self-employed.
