Find out more about the information that the Family Information Service receives from Ofsted and how this may have changed your listing.

Ofsted has recently changed the information that the County Council receives about registered childcare provision.  The Family Information Serivce (FIS) has therefore updated all childcare records to reflect this.

The following information is supplied by Ofsted to the FIS:

To change any of the above information, please contact Ofsted (telephone 08456 40 40 40).  Ofsted will approve your changes and then send this information to the FIS team to update their record.  Changes to the above information can only come from Ofsted.

Other information that you have provided, such as your opening hours, cost information, marketing paragraph or special needs information is not affected and is still managed directly by the Family Information Service.
