A Toy Library is a community resource for play, which may include equipment, toys for loan, dedicated space and skilled staff - some of whom may be volunteers.
Some Toy Libraries have stay and play sessions, which allow parents/carers and their children the opportunity to explore new toys and equipment in a stimulating and safe environment.
All Toy Libraries welcome children who may have additional or special needs. There are some Toy Libraries that offer specialised equipment to support this.
