Local Provider Agreement
For 2 year olds please refer to the interim summary for 2 year olds , which replaces the current section for 2 year olds in the Provider Agreement NEF 2/3 and 4 year olds 2012/13

A new provider agreement will be issued for 2, 3 and 4 year olds by September 2013.
Useful Documents
2 year funding-Think 2: Expression of Interest Form must be submitted for funded place claims for 2 year old children that meet the eligibilty criteria. The form can be obtained from the Think 2 Project Team by emailing: Think2@staffordshire.gov.uk|
