Provider Self Service
The Family Information Service (FIS) has recently introduced a self service website so childcare providers can update and manage your own details at a time that is convenient with you.
The new website is accessible 24 hours per day at http://staffs.fsd.org.uk/| and click on 'Register'.
You can update your service description, vacancy details, specialist details, and more, opening hours, costs and more. This helps to ensure that parents will always have access to your very latest information.
To register, you should visit the website to sign up; in most cases you can be ready to input your own details within 72 hours. Any change that you make through the site is sent to the team for approval, so you don't need to worry if you've made a mistake, it can be easily corrected by calling us.
Keeping your details up to date is important, it makes sure that parents accessing your details receive up to date information.
