Childcare Counts
All local authorities have a statutory duty to carry out a Childcare Sufficiency Assessment every three years and to produce an annual update. Our revised Childcare Sufficiency Assessment for the 2011/ 12 to 2013/14 cycle is now available.
We have changed the way that we present and make this information available. To make the documents more relevant, we have removed much of the demographic data and made this available on the Staffordshire Observatory Local Information System|.
Up to date monthly statistics relating to the childcare market at locality level is available on this website also.
The final change is that we have produced one document for each Local Authority district in the Staffordshire County Council area.
