There is clear evidence from research that food eaten by young people at school affects their ability to learn. Caterers in the educational sector have a role to play in raising achievement and contributing to the curriculum. By supporting school based programmes in promoting a healthy diet and lifestyle Staffordshire Catering Services enables young people to make informed choices about the food they eat.
The introduction and development of branding in each school sector helps to
provide modern and attractive facilities and makes eating fun.
As a craft based service we are able to provide pupils and parents with value for money in terms of quality and quantity. Our menus are planned to include a wide variety of ingredients, flavours and textures and to accommodate the dietary requirements of vegetarians and a variety of cultural and religious groups.
