	Our products are sourced from reputable suppliers; quality is always considered before cost. All products are tested for taste and texture prior to use and Staffordshire Trading Standards undertake scientific analysis to ensure compliance with labelling regulations.
	Menus are developed on a six week cycle ensuring variety each day. On site catering supervisors use their knowledge of your school to ensure choice is maintained to the end fo service.
	Ongoing investment in training on health, safety and hygiene ensures high standards are maintained in every kitchen.
	The meal price includes a hot or cold main course + drink + salad/vegetables + fresh fruit platter/veg sticks - all prepared by a skilled team using quality ingredients.
	Our staff care about children, they encourage pupils to sample different dishes and initiate numerous events to ensure lunchtime is a relaxed and fun time.
	As part of the Children and Lifelong Learning Directorate we work with schools to ensure healthy and nutritious food is available throughout the school day. Branding, fact sheets, information posters and bookmarks help to reinforce messages taught in the curriculum about the importance of diet and exercise in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
