Section 1

Is your child under 11 years old and living more than two miles away from their catchment or nearest suitable school ?

Is your child over 11 years old and living more than three miles away from their catchment or nearest suitable school ?

If you can answer yes to one of these questions you may be entitled to free transport.
If you cannot answer yes to one of these questions please move on to the next section.

Section 2

Is your child registered for free school meals or are you in receipt of the maximum level of working tax credit

And

Is your child over 11 years old and attending one of their three nearest qualifying schools within 6 miles from their home address, where the school lies more than 2, but less than 6 miles from home?

If you can answer yes to both of these questions you may be entitled to free transport.
If you cannot answer yes to both of these questions please move on to the next section.

Apply for free transport using form B

Section 3

Is your child registered for free school meals or are you in receipt of the maximum level of working tax credit ?

And

Is your child over 11 years old and attending their nearest faith school where the school lies more than 2 miles but less than 15 miles from your home address

And
Are you able to show adherence to the faith of this school?

If you can answer yes to all of these questions you may be entitled to free transport.
If not you are probably not entitled to free transport.
