The Staffordshire School Choice Advice Service is an independent, impartial and free service. The aim of the service is to support parents with the secondary school admissions and appeals process.
Once your child starts year 6 at primary school you will soon have to decide which secondary school you would like your child to attend in September 2011.
If you have older children already attending a secondary school or if your preferred school is your local school, you will still need to apply. You will risk losing your preferred school if you do not apply.
In September 2010 you will receive information through your child's primary school. This information will provide you with further information about applying for a school place.
For further information about the admissions process or schools in your area please refer to the links on the left.
