If you are unsure as to which form to use please contact the School Admissions and Transport Service on 01785 278593.There are two types of appeals for primary schools. If you are considering lodging an appeal because you have been
refused a school place
due to infant class size legislation (i.e. a key stage one class can not have more than 30 pupils) you will need to
download and complete the infant class size appeal form. Please read the guidance notes for class size appeals very carefully as there are only limited grounds on which your appeal will be successful. Otherwise use the
mid year appeal form.
