Local Admissions Forum
The Local Admission Forum is made up of various groups including headteachers, governors, councillors, the diocese and parent governors. The Forum meets once per term and considers disputes in relation to admissions within the LA area in order to make recommendations and promote agreement between admission authorities. Their main consideration must be 'does the admissions process work for the benefit of parents and pupils in the area and are admission authorities operating within the law'.
