Application forms and information to enable you to apply for secondary school places will be available from 14 September 2009. You will also be able to apply online from this date.
If you cannot find the information you need using the links on the left hand side of this web site, please contact the School Admissions and Transport Service.
If you wish to make a late application for your child's admission to school for September 2009 please download an application using the link on the right hand side of this page and send it to the School Admissions & Transport team on admissions@staffordshire.gov.uk
