What is available for deaf people in Staffordshire?

Deaf Coffee Mornings

Held on the first and third Friday of every month!

Time:     10am - 12 noon
Venue:   Flash Ley Centre Hall, Hawksmoor Road, Stafford, ST17 9DR

The coffee morning is run by Deaf people for Deaf people and is facilitated by ASSIST.  The group meet to socialise and guest speakers are invited to discuss current issues such as fire safety or health matters.

DEAFvibe

Held on the second Saturday every month!

Time:      9:30am - 12 noon for BSL Users
             1:00pm - 3:00pm for Hard of Hearing & Deafened People
Venue:    Newcastle Under Lyme Library, Ironmarket, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 1AT
Cost:      £3 (includes free tea and coffee)

The cafe is for informal chats, information, news, health, equipment, advice, support and activities.
