Please note that the majority of county council directorates are closed on the Tuesday after the late Spring Bank Holiday and late Summer Bank Holiday. However, there will be some emergency services open on these days.

Council Directorates

The county council is split into three directorates with different areas of responsibility. These are Children and Lifelong Learning, Social Care and Health, Development Services.  In addition, there are four support units -  Chief Executive's Office, Finance, Law & Governance and Staffordshire ICT.
