Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am - 4.30 pm
Please note that the majority of county council directorates are closed on the Tuesday after the late Spring Bank Holiday and late Summer Bank Holiday. However, there will be some emergency services open on these days.
The general enquiries number will be charged at your local rate from a landline or mobile network.
It will also be included in inclusive call minutes and discount schemes from all major mobile phone and landline operators.
You will speak to a local call handler who will connect you to the person you need.
Report Abuse
If you think someone is being abused or you think their safety is at risk, then it is important to tell someone.
Where a crime has been committed or if you're worried about someone's immediate safety, contact the Police by dialling 999.
Otherwise you should report your concerns to a county council social work team.
