Staffordshire Registration Service

The Registration Section deals with the statutory registrations of births, deaths and marriages. Consequently, this high profile service has substantial contact with the general public, usually at times of great joy or sadness.

The following pages provide information on the services provided by Staffordshire Registration, these include how to:

  • Register your baby's birth, baby naming ceremonies and the information the Registrar will require from you.
  • How to start tracing your family tree
  • What you need to do to arrange a civil wedding ceremony or a Civil Partnership in a Registration Offices or an approved premises.
