Watchdog Advocates
Would you like to become an Advocate?
Any Watchdogs with some extra time to spare can become Watchdog Advocates. Advocates work with Community Services, Trading Standards and with other Watchdogs to help promote and further the progression of the scheme throughout Staffordshire.
If you have any spare time and would like to become an Advocate you could for example:
- Work on specific Trading Standards projects.
- Organise and attend Community Awareness Raising Events, give out information packs, help with publicity etc:
If you would like to become an Advocate as well as a Watchdog please contact me on 01785 277835 or Email: community.development@staffordshire.gov.uk.
It is your choice as to which roles you choose, we respect and value your time and appreciate any help and commitment. Should you choose to be involved only in events in your locality that would be great and still very important.
However, if you find you have no extra time to spare at the moment don't worry your contribution as a Watchdog is still highly valued and much appreciated!
Please Note: These reports are provided in PDF format - Acrobat Reader software is required in order to read them.
