Consumer advice and information is provided by Consumer Direct.  Consumer Direct is a telephone and online consumer advice service, which is supported by local authorities and by Government.

Consumer Direct lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm.
