Advertising of Tenders

All tenders we are seeking bids for, together with a full list of the contracts we negotiate, are featured on this site. These lists  are updated automatically when new tenders are added.

It is a legal requirement for Local Authorities that all tenders which exceed the European threshold limit of £139,893 are advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

Access to this document is only available electronically and further information is available from http://ted.europa.eu.

Staffordshire Procurement predominantly advertise in a publication called Contrax Weekly and this can be accessed, via their web site at www.govopps.co.uk/public/subscribe/cw.htm.

This is a subscription publication detailing tenders from Government and Local Authorities.
